HOW do you even sauna?

- make sure you hydrate beforehand, and stay hydrated throughout

- pick your temperature. Beginners should hang anywhere from 45° to 60°, while more experienced users will sit comfortably between 60° and 65° for the whole 45mins. Our saunas don't go above 65°

- we like to sauna 'nakt' (naked), but however you choose is up to you.  Wear bathers, or just your underwear. You will get very sweaty, so whatever you do - just make sure you sit on a towel

- connect your Bluetooth if you want to and press play

- now just relax. deep breathe if you want. read a book if you want. lay down (on a towel) or remain sitting if you want

- when you are ready for a break from the heat, or at the end of your session, make use of the Kneipp inspired ice immersions for your hands and feet. Immerse from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

- remember to stay hydrated

- this experience is about YOU. It is not a challenge. Listen to your body. If you need a break, have one

Can I shower?

- there is a bathroom in-house, and yes you can shower. However, the advice post-infrared sauna is to let your body cool down naturally for at least an hour. If you're headed out, a quick 1 minute rinse should be all you'll need.

 and read it

WHEN should I arrive?

- if you are a new client please arrive 5 mins prior so we can go through some important stuff with you

- for everyone else - on time is just a minute or two before your booking

- your time in the room will begin at the beginning of the time you booked for. Plenty of time to get settled, have 45 mins in the sauna and then a few minutes to get dried off and dressed. If you are running late, you decrease your time to schwitz
